We will then save the date for your 1-hour Wedding Workshop, which will take place 4 to 6 weeks before your special day. Together, we will thoughtfully refine every cherished detail that makes your day unique.

You will share your love story with me, and I will craft a script that reflects your romance. You will have the freedom to shape and edit it throughout the entire process, right up until the moment you say "I Do."

A "Video Rehearsal" is your key to a flawless ceremony. Together, we’ll dive into every moment— from your grand entrance to the person holding the rings, to the photographer capturing your beauty as you walk down the aisle, and the heartfelt exchange of vows. You’ll rehearse on camera with my expert guidance, ensuring you move effortlessly through your special day. If I'm available, I’ll seamlessly integrate this rehearsal into your package, guaranteeing that you’re fully prepared to embrace this beautiful journey on your day. 

I will arrive at least 30- 45 minutes before the ceremony starts. I check in with your other wedding vendors, DJ, wedding planner, etc., and securing your marriage license.

 I typically allocate approximately 30 minutes, or as necessary, to ensure the presence of witnesses for the marriage license. Additionally, I coordinate with your photographer to arrange an appropriate opportunity for photographs. 

 While your ceremony will not be considered 'average,' the optimal duration is typically around 20 minutes. This timeframe serves as an effective means to convey your narrative while ensuring that your guests remain engaged throughout the proceedings. 

• Out-of-state licenses cannot be accepted, nor is a Florida marriage license valid outside of Florida. 
• The couple must apply together in person at their local clerk of court to get sworn in.
• Some counties allow you to submit your information online to expedite the process.
• Applicants must present two forms of ID, usually a driver's license and a social security card.
• If either has previously been married, they must also present proof of marital status. 
•  All applicants are required to read the Florida Family Law Handbook before a marriage license will be issued. 
• You do not have to be married in the same county where you obtain your license. 
• The marriage license must be on the premises when the ceremony is performed. 
• The license expires exactly 60 days from the date of issue. 
• There is a 3-day waiting period for Florida residents. This waiting period is waived for non-residents. 
• The cost of a marriage license in Florida is $86.00. 
• There is a $25 discount offered to Florida residents who complete an Approved Premarital Course. Also, the three-day waiting period is waived.
